How returning commissioner rewards work
- Only fully paid and completed commissions count toward a loyalty level.
- One commission order or ticket counts as one commission.
- Free work and cancelled commissions do not count toward the total.
- Loyalty discounts cannot be combined with sales or other discount codes.
- Discounts apply to my work and exclude third-party assets, shipping, rush fees and commercial-use fees.
- Your Loyal Otter level remains recognised, but the discount itself has the duration shown above.
- Completing another commission while your discount is active refreshes its duration.
- Level 10 includes a 25% discount for 1 year plus one special 50%-off commission when first unlocked.
The Loyal Otter Club is for customers with 5 or more completed commissions. Counts and rewards are confirmed directly when arranging a commission.
