1. General

• I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
• Commission slots are not secured until the required payment has been received.
• Clear and respectful communication is expected from both parties throughout the commission process.
• Any abusive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour may result in cancellation of the commission without refund.
• Clients must provide clear references and accurate information before work begins.
• I am not responsible for mistakes caused by unclear, missing, or inaccurate reference material provided by the client.

2. Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be made through approved payment methods stated by me at the time of purchase.
• Payment plans may be offered on certain commissions at my discretion.
• Work will not begin until the required upfront payment has been received.
• Final files, finished products, or shipment will not be provided until the full balance has been paid.

3. Deposits and Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable unless I am personally unable to complete the commission.
• Refunds are not available for completed work.
• If a commission is cancelled by the client after work has started, any refund will be at my discretion and based only on the amount of work not yet completed and any materials not yet used.
• If I cancel a commission before completion for personal reasons, I may offer a partial or full refund depending on the stage of the work.
• Any costs already spent on materials, labour, time, or non-recoverable expenses are non-refundable.

4. Turnaround Time

• Turnaround times may vary depending on workload, commission type, health, and personal circumstances.
• I will do my best to provide progress updates where appropriate, but exact completion dates are not guaranteed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Delays do not automatically qualify the client for a refund.

5. Revisions and Changes

• Minor edits may be allowed during the work-in-progress stage, depending on the type of commission.
• Major design changes after work has started may result in additional charges.
• Changes requested after approval of a sketch, model, pattern, or other work stage may be limited or refused.
• Any additional edits requested after the final product has been completed may require an extra fee.

6. Digital Artwork and Files

• For 2D and 3D commissions, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront unless stated otherwise.
• The remaining 50% must be paid before final files are delivered.
• Clients may not claim my work as their own, trace over it for resale, or use it in any way that violates copyright.
• I retain the right to display commissioned work in my portfolio, social media, and promotional material unless otherwise agreed beforehand.
• Commercial use is not included unless explicitly discussed and paid for in advance.
• Source files, editable files, Blender files, or other working files are not included unless specifically stated and may require an additional fee.

7. 2D Art Commissions

• The client must provide a clear character reference before work begins.
• Artwork is for personal use only unless commercial rights are agreed upon beforehand.
• Small colour corrections or minor fixes may be made during the sketch or work-in-progress stage.
• Once the final artwork has been approved and delivered, any further edits may require an additional fee.

8. 3D Art and VRChat Commissions

• A clear reference and full project details must be provided before work begins.
• Compatibility with specific software, games, platforms, or VRChat systems is based on what is agreed upon before the commission starts.
• I am not responsible for issues caused by future software updates, platform changes, Unity changes, SDK updates, or edits made by the client or a third party after delivery.
• Additional edits, re-exports, updates, or fixes requested after the final file has been delivered may require an additional fee.

9. Fursuit and Physical Commissions

• For physical commissions, payment must cover the cost of materials before work begins.
• The remaining balance must be paid before the item is shipped or collected.
• Shipping costs are separate unless otherwise stated.
• I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or courier issues once the package has been sent.
• I am not responsible for damage caused by misuse, poor care, accidental damage, or normal wear over time.
• Colour, markings, and final appearance may vary slightly from digital references due to material limitations, handmade construction, or screen differences.

10. Fursuit Heads and Premades

• A down payment or deposit may be required to secure the slot, depending on the commission.
• Premade items must be paid in full within the agreed timeframe unless a payment plan has been arranged.
• No refunds will be given once a fursuit head or premade item has been completed.
• If a fursuit commission is cancelled before work begins, any refund will be limited to funds not already spent on materials or preparation.
• A one-year repair period may be offered for workmanship issues at my discretion. The client is responsible for shipping costs both ways unless otherwise agreed.
• Repairs do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, modifications, or improper storage/cleaning.
• Items may not be resold for more than the original purchase price unless additional artwork, accessories, or improvements have been added after purchase.

11. Payment Plans

• Payment plans are only available if agreed to in advance.
• Missed payments without communication may result in cancellation of the commission.
• Any money already paid under a payment plan remains non-refundable unless I decide otherwise.
• Finished work will not be shipped, transferred, or delivered until the payment plan has been completed in full.

12. Chargebacks and Fraud

• Filing a chargeback against me after receiving work, progress, or goods is considered fraudulent activity.
• In the event of a chargeback, I reserve the right to revoke usage rights, withhold future work, publicly blacklist where appropriate, and provide evidence of the agreement, process, and delivered work to the payment provider.

13. Copyright and Usage

• I retain full copyright to all artwork, models, designs, and creations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Purchasing a commission does not transfer copyright.
• The client may use the finished work for personal use only unless commercial rights have been purchased.
• My work may not be copied, altered for resale, redistributed, or used for AI training, NFTs, or other exploitative purposes without my written permission.

14. Age Restriction

• Clients must be 18 years or older to order NSFW work.
• I reserve the right to ask for proof of age before accepting any adult commission.
• Any dishonesty regarding age will result in cancellation of the commission without refund.

15. Agreement

By commissioning me, purchasing from me, or sending payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
